Content Backup

Navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Export > WordPress Importer Plugin then export the XML to backup your pages, posts, media and woocommerce data. You could take all the data.

If your data is quite large, you could export it element per element, start with Posts, Pages, Products till Media.
