After purchasing Food & Cook from ThemeForest, you can download the theme files by navigating to ThemeForest > Your Account > Downloads.
This is where you will find all of your ThemeForest purchases. Locate the purchased Food & Cook, click on the download button, then select the installable WordPress file only. The file can be directly uploaded to install the theme.
If you prefer to download the whole package (all the files that related to the theme such as installation files, demo XML, documentation, etc.), select all files & documentation to download. Extract the package to get a theme file that will be used for installation (food-cook.zip or food-cook-child.zip).
What You Get In The Package:
Assets – you can find the documentation and PSD files in this folder.
Demo Content XML – You can find the demo XML and slider XML in this folder.
Licensing – files related to item’s license.
food-cook.zip – parent theme installation file.
food-cook-child.zip – child theme installation files.
TIP: Keep the downloaded file in a safe place as you are going to upload the file in the installation section.
