Installing Food & Cook

After you’ve downloaded the installation file, you can install Food & Cook by following one of two ways:

WordPress

  1. Go to Appearance > Themes on your WordPress Dashboard.
  2. Click Add New.
  3. Click Upload Theme.
  4. Browse and select food-cook.zip that you have downloaded from ThemeForest.
  5. Click Install Now.
  6. Activate the theme or go to the Appearance > Themes then activate Food & Cook.

FTP Installation

  1. Log In to your server via FTP Client Software such as Filezilla.
  2. Extract the food-cook.zip
  3. Navigate to /wp-content/themes.
  4. Upload the extracted folder of food-cook.zip into this directory.
  5. From WordPress Dashboard, go to Appearance > Themes and activate Food & Cook.

NOTE: If you get an error message “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet”, please make sure you are only uploading the right theme folder if using FTP or the food-cook.zip file if using the WordPress installation way.
