The Content Block post type (Dashboard > Content Block) let you create “HTML Blocks” that can be inserted into pages, widgets, metabox and customizer using generated shortcodes.

An example could be to create the content block as a “Who We Are” page and insert it to the header builder with a shortcode like [dahz-block id=”who-we-are”].
